Earth Day

and what on earth?  65 degrees today and 30 degrees with snow in the forecast for tomorrow.  The daffodils are pretty resilient, but they have been through a couple of 31 degree nights already… 28 (tomorrow night’s forecast) may just do them in!

  1. Really pretty photo! I’ll bet the daffodils will make it. Ours have been surviving some deep freezes for the last week.

  2. Thank you… only time will tell I guess. They have actually lasted longer this year than most due to the cooler temps.

  3. So pretty! Our daffodils have bounced back after being covered in snow and the temps dipping into the 20’s over the weekend. At least we don’t have any more snow in the forcast, but it still hasn’t really warmed up yet.

  4. Happy to hear they may make it a few more day! It seems to be colder in most parts of the country than usual… all in due time I guess.
