  1. When we lived in Arizona and a little closer to town, Halloween was my favorite day of all. Our kids were small and we had lots of visitors from all over. It was a very festive, friendly and fun time.

  2. Could he be ready for some Boulevard “The Sixth Glass”?

  3. Do you get trick or treaters? We have only had 2 for the past few years. My husband always buys candy he likes just in case. Snickers and Reese’s PB Cups!

  4. montucky, next year i might be making my own self a costume. i’ve got the itch to dress up. :)

my023, i don’t know about the bird, but i am!!! when are we doing the tour??

sandy, i’m not usually home, but i ALWAYS buy treats that i can eat if there are no tricksters ;)

  5. You know I was raised by parents who believed halloween really was evil. I’m still a tad bit uncomfortable with whitches and skeletons, but realize know that I missed out on a lot of fun. I’m a little sad that we live out in the country and don’t get any trick or treaters. I can certainly see the appeal that you are talking about. Thanksgiving, easter, and Christmas usually need a alot of preparation and can be so stressful and sometimes disapointing.

  6. LOVE your raven!! I grew up with no holidays but Thanksgiving, so I am just getting into holidays as an adult. I kind of second the poster above me, except that I live in suburbia. All my neighbors decorate madly for the holidays and it disappoints my kids that I don’t have much, so I am starting the long expensive process of buying holiday decorations now to make my kids happy.
